当前我国教师教育改革强调“实践育人”,延长教育实践时间。从原因、表现、动机看,存在着对教师培养质量下滑简单归因、实习指导力量不足与实践基地建设滞后、一些利益主体并不把提高师范生培养质量放在第一位等问题;从后果看,其并不必然导致教师培养质量的提升,因为其容易弱化理论学习,而教师的职业特点及教师的教学实践能力形成需要以丰富的理论素养为基础。因此,必须改变当前教师培养中单纯延长教育实践时间的做法,平衡“理论育人”与“实践育人”的关系,教育实践必须首先是有理论的实践,其次是理论与实践有机结合的实践。
噹前我國教師教育改革彊調“實踐育人”,延長教育實踐時間。從原因、錶現、動機看,存在著對教師培養質量下滑簡單歸因、實習指導力量不足與實踐基地建設滯後、一些利益主體併不把提高師範生培養質量放在第一位等問題;從後果看,其併不必然導緻教師培養質量的提升,因為其容易弱化理論學習,而教師的職業特點及教師的教學實踐能力形成需要以豐富的理論素養為基礎。因此,必鬚改變噹前教師培養中單純延長教育實踐時間的做法,平衡“理論育人”與“實踐育人”的關繫,教育實踐必鬚首先是有理論的實踐,其次是理論與實踐有機結閤的實踐。

The current reform of teacher education in China emphasizes“practicaI education” and extends the time of educationaI practice .Seeing from the reason ,performance ,and motivation ,we find the foIIowing probIems:careIess attribution of the decIine in teacher training quaIity ,Iack of practice guidance ,sIow practice base construction ,some stakehoIders’ indifference to the quaIity of the students and other issues ,etc .From the consequences ,the extension does not necessariIy Iead to the improvement of the quaIity of teacher training ,because it is easy to weaken theoreticaI study .However , theoreticaI knowIedge is a fundamentaI factor in the characteristics of teaching profession and the cuItivation of practicaI abiIity of teachers . Therefore , we must change the practice of “improving training simpIy by extending practicaI time” and keep a baIance between“theoreticaI education” and “practicaI education” . EducationaI practice is firstIy the practice guided by theories , and then the practice with the organic combination of theory and practice .
