通过对高速铁路CRTSⅢ型双向先张预应力轨道板初张拉和终张拉过程完成后单根预应力筋张拉力的测试分析,提出“初张拉控制均匀性、终张拉控制总张拉力”的控制理念,并提出初张拉力值偏差应控制在3 kN以内。针对轨道板早期脱模特点,提出胶凝材料粒度匹配和活性激发技术;为减少板底浮浆、实现骨料适量自然外露,提出减小混凝土坍落度、多层连续浇筑的技术措施。

통과대고속철로CRTSⅢ형쌍향선장예응력궤도판초장랍화종장랍과정완성후단근예응력근장랍력적측시분석,제출“초장랍공제균균성、종장랍공제총장랍력”적공제이념,병제출초장랍력치편차응공제재3 kN이내。침대궤도판조기탈모특점,제출효응재료립도필배화활성격발기술;위감소판저부장、실현골료괄량자연외로,제출감소혼응토담락도、다층련속요축적기술조시。
The concept of“Uniformity is controlled by initial stressing, and total stressing is controlled by final stressing” is brought forward based on test analysis of the stress force of a single pre-stressed bar after double directional initial stressing and final stressing of CRTS III track slab. The analysis results show that the allowance of initial stressing shall be controlled within 3 kN, and the combination of matching grain of cementing material with reactive excitation for early demoulding is proposed. To minimize laitance on base board and achieve appropriate amount of aggregate naturally exposed. such measures as cutting down concrete slum and multi-layer concreting are suggested.
