随着中国（福建）自由贸易试验园区成立，闽台合作步入新的阶段。闽台联合培养懂业务、会操作的应用型高级商务人才迫在眉睫。在总结近年来闽台“校校企”联合培养国际商务人才主要做法的同时，分析“校校企”合作中存在的主要问题，提出要整合高校、企业、政府三方力量，将闽台高校的教学链和台资企业的利益链相融合，创建“校校企”联合培养国际商务人才的创新模式。

With the test zone of (Fujian) China free trade is established, the cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan enters a new stage. The cultivation of international business talents is urgent. This paper sums up the training practice of international business talents, analyzes the existing problems in college-enterprise coalition, proposes to integrate three forces of universities, enterprises and government, integrates the interest chain of universities and enterprises, and establishes a new innovative mode of training international business talents.
