根据设备结构特点和设计参数,结合检修现场条件,提出了一种通过高压试验对电容式电压互感器电磁单元(包括中间变压器和阻尼器等)进行故障检定的方法。通过剖析一起故障实例,对比现场试验应用和返厂解体分析,从而验证了该方法的正确性。这种方法可以及时、有效地发现电容式电压互感器内部阻尼元件故障,无需解体,适合现场操作,便于运检人员及早采取对应措施,避免扩大事故范围。

Based on the characteristics and design parameters of the device structure, combined with the mainte?nance field conditions, a test method for capacitor voltage transformer electromagnetic unit ( including intermediate transformers and damper component, etc. ) fault detection through high voltage tests is proposed in this paper. A?nalysis of an actual fault case and comparison between field test applications and depot disintegration analysis veri?fied the correctness of the method. This method can be timely and effective in detecting without disintegration the capacitor voltage transformer internal damper component fault, suitable for field operation, and easy for electricity maintenance staff to take countermeasures as early as possible to avoid expansion of the scope of an accident.
