From the aspects of the roles,standard,slaughter spot setting,policy support,and market docking, the practice of pursuing the policy of"appointed spot slaughtering and carcass distribution"system for poultry was elaborated and the current difficulties were analyzed in this paper,countermeasures were proposed,including:to put"slaughter spot setting"and"chilled poultry product"business activities in order,strengthen the supervision and management,and promote the development of poultry industry chain.
