为有效防控犬、猫传染病,确保犬、猫的正常流通,成都市依据相关法律法规,通过规范检疫申报点和指定动物检疫实验室的建设与管理,规范出具检疫证明,加强监督检查等措施,规范了犬、猫产地检疫工作.但仍需要解决检疫标准不统一、检测报告信息缺乏共享、有资质的实验室数量不足等问题.

In order to effectively prevent the animal infectious diseases and ensure the normal circulation of dogs and cats,measures were taken in Chengdu according to relevant laws and regulations,including regulation of the construc-tion and management of quarantine declaration point,designation of animal quarantine laboratories,standardization of quarantine certification,and strengthening the supervision and inspection and the origin quarantine of cats and dogs in Chengdu was further normalized. But there still existed some problems to be solved,such as disunion of quarantine standards,lack sharing of test report information,insufficient qualified laboratory.
