目的探讨条形码技术在手术室骨科取出的内固定物管理中的流程设计及应用。方法在传统的手术室骨科取出的内固定物管理方法上，参考医院成熟的病理标本条码管理技术，在2014年1月1日至2014年12月31日，引用条码化技术优化骨科取出的内固定物管理流程，对1148例骨科取出的内固定物进行有序管理，完成从骨科取出的内固定物标签打印、传送、交接、特殊情况反馈等流程设计开发和应用。结果条形码技术的应用，实现了手术室骨科取出的内固定物的电子管理流程，规范了交接流程，进一步提高了手术室骨科取出的内固定物管理的安全性，有效避免流入社会，二次使用。结论条形码技术的应用，实现了手术室骨科取出的内固定物的全程送检流程监控，杜绝了骨科取出的内固定物发生差错事故，缩短了骨科取出的内固定物交接时间。在提高手术室骨科取出的内固定物交接的效率、提供手术室质量控制平台等多方面均获得了显著改善，是一种非常有效的管理方法。

Objective To study process design and application of bar code in removed orthopedic internal fixation management in operating room.Methods Based on traditional management on in the operating room and referring to the mature bar code management on pathological specimens, conducted bar code management processes on 1148 cases of removed orthopedic internal fixation from January 1st, 2014 to December 31st, 2014. Completed the design development and application of label printing, transfer, handover and other special feedback process of orthopedic removed fixation.Results The application of bar code achieved the electronic management processes on removed orthopedic internal fixation in operating room, standardized the handover process and further improved the security of removed orthopedic internal fixation management in the operating room, which avoided secondary use.Conclusion Bar code achieved inspection on the entire process of removed orthopedic internal fixation in the operating room, prevented the occurrence of errors and accidents and reduced the handover time. It improved the transfer efficiency of removed orthopedic internal fixation and provided a quality control platform for the operating room. It is a very effective management method.
