文章以笔者所在医疗集团自助终端服务机推广情况为例，简述了自助终端服务机在推广中存在的一些问题和不足。强调了随着医疗卫生信息化水平的推进，医院不断提高自助终端服务机使用率的重要性。最后，结合实际工作提出了一些有助于提高医院自助终端服务机使用率的方法。

In this paper, the author takes popularization of self-service terminals of the medical group that the author works for as an example to briefly describe some problems and shortcomings existing in the popularization of the self-service terminals. The enhancement of medical and health information development level and the importance of improving utilization rate of self-service terminals in hospitals were stressed. Finally, this paper puts forward some practical work-based methods to improve the utilization rate of self-service terminals in hospitals.
