采集了2010—2014年洱海中粪大肠菌群监测数据,以 MPN (最可能数)值分析出粪大肠菌群的月份、季度、年度、不同断面的变化趋势,得出月均值和季均值高的月份与丰水期有关,低的月份与枯水期有关;2010年 MPN年均值最高,2011年最低;监测断面 MPN均值总体上北部>南部>中部(湖心)。对这些变化趋势进行了原因分析,提出相关建议和措施。

채집료2010—2014년이해중분대장균군감측수거,이 MPN (최가능수)치분석출분대장균군적월빈、계도、년도、불동단면적변화추세,득출월균치화계균치고적월빈여봉수기유관,저적월빈여고수기유관;2010년 MPN년균치최고,2011년최저;감측단면 MPN균치총체상북부>남부>중부(호심)。대저사변화추세진행료원인분석,제출상관건의화조시。
The monitoring data of fecal coliform from the year of 2010 to 2014 in Erhai Lake were used to analyze its monthly,seasonally,and yearly changes in different monitoring sites based upon the MPN value.The results showed that the high monthly average and seasonally average had close relationship with high flow period.The low average was correlated to low water period.The highest yearly MPN value occurred in 2010 and the lowest was in 2011.The average MPN in the north was higher than that in the south and the center.The drivers of these changes were explored.The countermeasures were put forward on fecal coliform control.
