目的探索有效控制ICU呼吸机相关肺炎（VAP）的管理方法。方法调查分析我院ICU 2013年1月至12月接受机械通气患者VAP的发生情况，运用PDCA循环法对2014年1月至12月接受机械通气的患者进行VAP预防和控制管理。结果 ICU内VAP的发生比例从30.63%下降到16.25%(P<0.01)，观察组机械通气时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05)，VAP发生时间较对照组显著延迟(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法是控制ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎的有效方法。

목적탐색유효공제ICU호흡궤상관폐염（VAP）적관리방법。방법조사분석아원ICU 2013년1월지12월접수궤계통기환자VAP적발생정황，운용PDCA순배법대2014년1월지12월접수궤계통기적환자진행VAP예방화공제관리。결과 ICU내VAP적발생비례종30.63%하강도16.25%(P<0.01)，관찰조궤계통기시간교대조조현저축단(P<0.05)，VAP발생시간교대조조현저연지(P<0.05)。결론 PDCA순배법시공제ICU호흡궤상관성폐염적유효방법。
Objective To explore effective management methods in the control of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) in ICU.Methods The occurrence rate of VAP among patients who received mechanical ventilation in ICU in our hospital from January to December 2013 was investigated and analyzed. PDCA Cycle was adopted to prevent and control VAP in patients receiving mechanical ventilation from January to December 2014. Results The occurrence rate of VAP in ICU decreased from 30.63% to 16.25% (P<0.01). The ventilation time in observation group was shortened in comparison with control group (P<0.05). The occurrence of VAP was significantly delayed in observation group in comparison with control group (P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA Cycle is the effective method in the control of VAP in ICU.
