目的评价群组管理对老年缺血性脑卒中患者的康复训练效果。方法连续性纳入2013年1月至2014年2月确诊为缺血性脑卒中患者且年龄>60岁,经入院治疗好转出院的随访病人169例,随机分成群组管理组(n=82)、常规干预组(n=87),群组管理组采用专门制定的群组管理措施,常规干预组采用常规的康复干预措施,6个月后,评价两组患者康复效果。结果干预6个月后,Barthel指数、Fegl-Mevyer评分均有提高,群组管理组提高幅度高于常规干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论群组管理对缺血性脑卒中患者的康复效果显著,值得应用推广。

목적평개군조관리대노년결혈성뇌졸중환자적강복훈련효과。방법련속성납입2013년1월지2014년2월학진위결혈성뇌졸중환자차년령>60세,경입원치료호전출원적수방병인169례,수궤분성군조관리조(n=82)、상규간예조(n=87),군조관리조채용전문제정적군조관리조시,상규간예조채용상규적강복간예조시,6개월후,평개량조환자강복효과。결과간예6개월후,Barthel지수、Fegl-Mevyer평분균유제고,군조관리조제고폭도고우상규간예조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론군조관리대결혈성뇌졸중환자적강복효과현저,치득응용추엄。
Objective To evaluate effectiveness of group management on rehabilitation training of elderly patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 169 patients, who were over 60 years old, diagnosed as ischemic stroke, admitted to and treated in our hospital and discharged from our hospital from January 2013 to February 2014, were randomly divided into group management group (n=82) and routine intervention group (n=87). The group management group adopted specially formulated group management. The routine intervention group adopted routine rehabilitation intervention measures. After 6 months, rehabilitation effects of two groups were evaluated.ResultsAfter 6 months of intervention, Barthel index and Fegl-Mevyer score increased in both groups, while the increases in group management group were higher than these in routine intervention group. The differences between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of group management on rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke was significant, thus the group management should be popularized.
