随着正电子发射断层扫描(PET)设备的逐渐普及,该项技术在我国越来越多地应用于临床肿瘤成像.18F-脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(18F-FLT)作为新型PET示踪剂,具有特异地反映肿瘤细胞增殖的能力,使之有望在肺癌诊断、疗效监测及预后判断等方面发挥重要作用.就此综述自1998年首次报道以来外文发表的人群18F-FLT研究文章,介绍关于其临床应用可行性及价值的研究进展.

With the wide popularization of positron emission tomography (PET) equipment,this technique has been more and more applied on tumor imaging in China.As a new tracer for PET imaging,18 F fluorothymidine (18F-FLT) possesses a strong ability to reveal tumor proliferation rate,thus it plays important roles in clinical diagnosis,therapy effect monitoring,and prognosis prediction of lung cancer.This paper reviews the clinical studies of 18 F-FLT on its feasibility and applications ever since its introduction in 1998.
