十八届中纪委四次全会上，王岐山指出，要注重党规党纪与国家法律的有机衔接。党纪与法律作为我国反腐败的两大利器，发挥出了应有的作用。但目前党纪与法律衔接程度还不够，需进一步完善。文章主要从两者的关系、衔接不完善的表现及成因、相关对策四个方面来探讨分析，以推动二者的有机衔接，应对当前我国的腐败问题。

In the 4th session of the 18th session of the CCDI, Wang Qishan pointed out that we should pay attention to the organic link of party discipline and the laws. As two edge tools of anti-corruption in our country, party discipline and the law play a proper role. However, the degree of cohesion of party discipline and the law is not enough, it should be further improved. The discussion of this article mainly from four perspectives. First, the relationship of them. Second, the symptoms of imperfect cohesion. Third, the cause of imperfect cohesion. Fourth, the related countermeasures to promote the organic link as well as deal with the current corruption in our country.
