以5个不同苦荞麦[Fagopyrum tataricum (L.) Gaertn.]品种为试验材料,在100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下测定荞麦种子发芽率、幼苗根系活力、叶片质膜透性和Na+含量等指标,对5个苦荞麦品种种子萌发期和幼苗期的耐盐性进行了比较。结果表明,NaCl胁迫下川荞1号种子发芽率和幼苗根系活力最高,幼苗叶片质膜透性和Na+含量最低;而川荞2号正好相反。说明在种子萌发期和幼苗期川荞1号的耐盐性最强,川荞2号对盐胁迫最敏感。
以5箇不同苦蕎麥[Fagopyrum tataricum (L.) Gaertn.]品種為試驗材料,在100 mmol/L NaCl脅迫下測定蕎麥種子髮芽率、幼苗根繫活力、葉片質膜透性和Na+含量等指標,對5箇苦蕎麥品種種子萌髮期和幼苗期的耐鹽性進行瞭比較。結果錶明,NaCl脅迫下川蕎1號種子髮芽率和幼苗根繫活力最高,幼苗葉片質膜透性和Na+含量最低;而川蕎2號正好相反。說明在種子萌髮期和幼苗期川蕎1號的耐鹽性最彊,川蕎2號對鹽脅迫最敏感。

Five Fagopyrum tataricum varieties were used as experimental materials to compare salt tolerance in seeds germina-tion and seedling stage of buckwheat through determining the indexes of seed germination rate, seedling root vigor, leaf plas-malemma permeability and Na+ content under NaCl stress of 100 mmol/L. The results showed that the seed germination rate and seedling root vigor of Chuanqiao No.1 were the highest, and the leaf plasmalemma permeability and Na+ content of Chuanqiao No.1 were the lowest under NaCl stress; while that of Chuanqiao No.2 were on the contrary. It indicated that the salt tolerance of Chuanqiao No.1 was the strongest in seeds germination and seedling stage, while Chuanqiao No.2 was most sensitive to salt.
