目的:了解上海市医联网覆盖的38家三级甲等医院的官方微信建设现状。方法:以问卷调查和实际添加上海市三级甲等医院官方微信进行统计分析的方式,了解其维护更新、版块设计、特色亮点,以及市民对其的使用情况。结果:有30家医院开通了官方微信,占比78.9%。其中,专科类医院的信息总量最大,为201条,占比47.4%;14家设有新闻动态版块以及新闻推送,占比46.7%;24家设有“预约/挂号”,占比80%;17家设有“取报告/检查结果”,占比56.7%,5家设有“收费/结账”,占比16.7%。问卷调查显示,知道并添加了上海市三级甲等医院官方微信者占30.7%,添加微信的使用者认为医院微信“很有帮助/有用”者,在92.1%以上。结论:目前上海市三级甲等医院官方微信建设仍处于初级阶段,以传播健康科普知识居多,在发挥网络助医、增进医患沟通、简化就医流程等作用方面有待进一步探索与实践;市民对三级甲等医院微信的知晓度不高,但持较高的支持与宽容态度,建议医院加强微信的宣传推广和支付功能。

목적:료해상해시의련망복개적38가삼급갑등의원적관방미신건설현상。방법:이문권조사화실제첨가상해시삼급갑등의원관방미신진행통계분석적방식,료해기유호경신、판괴설계、특색량점,이급시민대기적사용정황。결과:유30가의원개통료관방미신,점비78.9%。기중,전과류의원적신식총량최대,위201조,점비47.4%;14가설유신문동태판괴이급신문추송,점비46.7%;24가설유“예약/괘호”,점비80%;17가설유“취보고/검사결과”,점비56.7%,5가설유“수비/결장”,점비16.7%。문권조사현시,지도병첨가료상해시삼급갑등의원관방미신자점30.7%,첨가미신적사용자인위의원미신“흔유방조/유용”자,재92.1%이상。결론:목전상해시삼급갑등의원관방미신건설잉처우초급계단,이전파건강과보지식거다,재발휘망락조의、증진의환구통、간화취의류정등작용방면유대진일보탐색여실천;시민대삼급갑등의원미신적지효도불고,단지교고적지지여관용태도,건의의원가강미신적선전추엄화지부공능。
Objective:To analyze the construction status of official wechats of grade A tertiary hospitals in Shanghai. Methods:Official wechats of grade A tertiary hospitals in Shanghai were investigated in its maintenance, updates,plate design,highlights and people’s usage of wechat through statistical analysis of questionnaire survey and paying attention to the official wechats. Results:Thirty grade A tertiary hospitals in Shanghai had official wechat, accounting for 78.9%of the hospitals. In this group,the specialist hospitals had maximum amount of information(201, accounting for 47.4%);fourteen hospitals set news section and news feeds,accounting for 46.7%;twenty-four hospitals had reservation/registration section,accounting for 80%;seventeen hospitals had taken report/findings section, accounting for 56.7%;five hospitals had the section of charge/checkout,accounting for 16.7%. The survey showed that 30.7%people knew and added the official wechat of grade A tertiary hospitals in Shanghai,more than 92.1%users agreed that it was“helpful/useful”. Conclusion:The current official wechat of grade A tertiary hospitals in Shanghai is still in initial stage. The majority of hospital official wechat spread scientific knowledge. It is suggested to further explore its function of online guide,communication enhancement between patients and hospitals,and medical processes simplification. People do not have high awareness toward official wechat of grade A hospitals in Shanghai,but they highly support and tolerate it. It is suggested that hospitals strengthen the promotion and generalize its payment function.
