目的:了解北京市西城区2所中学学生食品安全相关知识、态度、行为,为开展学校食品安全教育提供依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法抽取西城区2所中学学生1862人,填写食品安全知识、态度、行为调查问卷进行调查。结果食品安全知识的知晓率不高,初、高中年级存在统计学差异(χ2=78.597,P <0.01)。62.6%的学生关注食品安全问题,69.3%的学生认为目前食品安全现状比较不安全或不安全。发生食品安全事件后,67.3%的学生更相信政府公告的说法。结论西城区2所中学学生的食品安全知识知晓率较低,主要是对食品安全法律法规、政府行政管理措施、消费者个人权益等内容缺乏了解。学生具有良好的食品安全行为习惯,对食品安全问题有一定的关注度,对我国食品安全现状主要持负性评价。需要加强学校食品安全教育,进行正确的引导。

Objective To make a survey on KAP of food safety among students of two middle schools of Xicheng District of Beijing,to provide the evidence of education of food safety in the school.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 1862 students in two schools of Xicheng District,to complete questionnaires about KAP of food safety.Results The awareness rate of food safety is lower.A statistically significant difference was found between junior and senior grade (χ2 =78.597,P <0.01).62.6% of the students focus on food safety.69.3% of the students think that safe state of food is not better or worse.While the occurrence of food safety events,67.3% of the students are easier to believe the government’s claim.Conclusion The awareness rate of food safety is lower among students in two middle schools.The lack of understanding is mainly food laws and regulations, government administrative measures, and consumers ’ rights.Students had good food handling practices and kept some attention about food safety and held a negative evaluation to China’s food security situation.It is necessary to strengthen the education of students and give the proper guidance.
