Lung cancer has become one of the most common malignant tumors.Research of chemotherapy has come to its plateau.Molecular targeted therapy has become a new approach in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.In this review,we discuss the research of epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
