[目的]从刘兰林教授临证相关医案探析其运用三仁汤化裁从三焦诊治湿热证的特色，以期学习、传承刘师临证诊治特点。[方法]以刘师临床运用三仁汤化裁的相关病案为基础，结合吴鞠通《温病条辨》及其有关学术思想与刘师经验论述，归纳阐述刘师运用三仁汤化裁治疗三焦湿热的辨治经过，并综合分析其诊治特色。[结果]刘师发展了《温病条辨·上焦篇第四十三条》中三仁汤的应用范围，强调治湿当先理气，气行则湿化，上焦湿热重在宣通肺气，中焦湿热法于调畅脾胃，下焦湿热治宜淡渗利湿。[结论]刘师不拘泥于古，紧扣湿热阻滞气机病机关键，临床运用三仁汤化裁分三焦论治湿热颇具特色，对临证具有启迪作用和指导性意义。
[목적]종류란림교수림증상관의안탐석기운용삼인탕화재종삼초진치습열증적특색，이기학습、전승류사림증진치특점。[방법]이류사림상운용삼인탕화재적상관병안위기출，결합오국통《온병조변》급기유관학술사상여류사경험논술，귀납천술류사운용삼인탕화재치료삼초습열적변치경과，병종합분석기진치특색。[결과]류사발전료《온병조변·상초편제사십삼조》중삼인탕적응용범위，강조치습당선리기，기행칙습화，상초습열중재선통폐기，중초습열법우조창비위，하초습열치의담삼리습。[결론]류사불구니우고，긴구습열조체기궤병궤관건，림상운용삼인탕화재분삼초론치습열파구특색，대림증구유계적작용화지도성의의。
Objective] Clinical Professor Liu Lanlin medical records were related to the use of San Ren decoction for treatment of Triple Burner heat characteristics, in order to learn, inherit Liu tesaher clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics . [Method] Liu teacher San Ren decoction clinical application of the relevant medical records, combined with the "warm diseases identified" of Wu Ju Tong, Liu teacher relevant academic ideas and experiences were discussed, explained using San Ren Decoction three triple burner heat after the treatment and comprehensive analysis of the diagnosis and treatment characteristics.[Results] Liu teacher develops the "Warm Febrile Diseases Article 43 of the articles focusing on the" the wet-hot in lower Jiao, induces diuresis with bland drugs. San Ren Tang range of applications, emphasizes governance wet by clearing qi, damp in upper Jiao shall stretch lung Qi, the wet-hot in middle Jiao, to regulate the flow of heat and stomach . [Conclusion]Liu teacher does not stick to the ancient, but keeps to heat blocking air-key pathogenesis, the clinical use of San Ren decoction on heat treatment, has enlightening and guiding significance for the clinic .
