对东明润邦120万吨/年高硫重油综合利用项目混合油加氢精制装置的设计中采用的液力透平装置在高压加氢装置中的应用及节能性进行了分析研究,分析结果表明,液力透平投用生产后,在九个月内回可收全部的投资成本,对装置降低能耗、减少生产运行成本有很好的促进作用。

The application and energy saving of the hydraulic turbine device using in high-pressure hydrogenation device in the design of mixed oil hydrofining unit in Dongming 1. 2 million tons/year of high sulfur crude oil comprehensive project were analyzed. Results showed that when hydraulic turbine used in production, all cost of the investment was collected in the nine months, and was a good role in promoting to reduce energy consumption and production cost for operation.
