针对乳制品废水特点,采用“水解-接触氧化”工艺进行处理。结果表明,该工艺流程简洁、操作简单、运行稳定,在进水CODCr=500~2000 mg/L时,出水CODCr≤300 mg/L,稳定达标排放,系统CODCr去除率达85%左右,出水水质优于国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的三级排放标准。
針對乳製品廢水特點,採用“水解-接觸氧化”工藝進行處理。結果錶明,該工藝流程簡潔、操作簡單、運行穩定,在進水CODCr=500~2000 mg/L時,齣水CODCr≤300 mg/L,穩定達標排放,繫統CODCr去除率達85%左右,齣水水質優于國傢《汙水綜閤排放標準》(GB8978-1996)的三級排放標準。

According to the characteristics of dairy wastewater, the process of hydrolysis-oxidation was used. The results indicated the process was easy, simple operation, and stable operation. In the condition with the inflowing water of CODCr=500~2000 mg/L, an outflow of CODCr≤300 mg/L was got, and the removal efficiency of CODCr was above 85%, which completely met and overmatchs the effluent discharge standards ( GB8978-1996 ) .
