Atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit is the leading device in petrochemical industry. It is the first process in petroleum refining. It generally has larger scale, makes many kinds of pollution. At the same time, it can bring a lot of environmental pollution questions and health damage. Process flow of Atmospheric-vacuum Distillation Unit was analyzed. The sources of Atmospheric-vacuum Distillation Unit were waste gas, waste water, solid waste and noise pollution. Meanwhile effective and feasible measures to pollution prevention and control were raised. This study can provide the reference for the worker of Atmospheric-vacuum Distillation Unit and environmental management.
