目的：探讨个性化心理疏导在冠状动脉支架植入术后患者伴随疾病中的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月～2014年12月我院诊治的103例冠脉病变支架植入术后患者资料进行分析，患者手术后均给予个性化心理疏导治疗，比较患者治疗效果及伴随疾病情况。结果入选的103例患者中经过我院个性化心理疏导治疗，100例患者症状得到改善，治愈率为97.1%，患者术后进行3个月随访，患者并未出现其他严重并发症。入选患者中97例血脂异常、74例高血压病、53例糖尿病，46例焦虑症，40例失眠。结论冠状动脉支架植入术后患者伴随疾病中实施个性化心理疏导治疗效果理想，能够帮助患者树立战胜疾病的信心，提高临床治愈率。
목적：탐토개성화심리소도재관상동맥지가식입술후환자반수질병중적림상효과。방법선취2013년1월～2014년12월아원진치적103례관맥병변지가식입술후환자자료진행분석，환자수술후균급여개성화심리소도치료，비교환자치료효과급반수질병정황。결과입선적103례환자중경과아원개성화심리소도치료，100례환자증상득도개선，치유솔위97.1%，환자술후진행3개월수방，환자병미출현기타엄중병발증。입선환자중97례혈지이상、74례고혈압병、53례당뇨병，46례초필증，40례실면。결론관상동맥지가식입술후환자반수질병중실시개성화심리소도치료효과이상，능구방조환자수립전성질병적신심，제고림상치유솔。
ObjectiveTo investigate clinical results of the personalized psychological counseling after coronary stent implantation in patients with concomitant diseases.MethodsFrom January 2013 to December 2014,103 cases of coronary artery branch stent implantation in our hospital were analyzed. They were given individualized psychotherapy after surgery,the effect and accompanying disease situation were compared.Results 103 patients were enroled in the hospital for personalized psychological treatment,100 patients’symptoms improved,the cure rate was 97.1%. Patients were folowed up for 3 months,the patients did not had other serious complications. Eligible patients in 97 cases of dyslipidemia,hypertension in 74 cases,53 cases of diabetes, 46 cases of anxiety disorders,40 cases of insomnia. Conclusion The coronary stent implantation in patients with concomitant diseases for implementing individualized psychotherapy treatment can help patients build confidence to overcome the disease,and improve the clinical cure rate.
