目的:了解市民及禽类从业人员对广州市实施的2周短期休市控制禽流感措施的接受意愿及影响因素,为今后或其他地区实施短期休市提供参考。方法随机在全市12个区县各选择3个及以上活禽市场,分别调查禽类从业人员和市场购物的市民至少各30名,收集研究对象的人口学特征、短期休市接受意愿及其影响等相关因素,应用单因素和多因素 Logistic 回归分析禽类从业人员对短期休市接受意愿的影响因素。结果共调查禽类从业人员364人、市民362人,应答率分别为91.46%和87.65%。市民接受短期休市或全市范围内永久性禁止活禽交易的比例分别为96.96%和37.57%,均明显高于禽类从业人员的71.70%(χ2=87.48,P =0.000)和14.01%(χ2=48.55,P =0.000);禽类从业人员担心休市造成的影响依次为收入降低(96.15%)、无合理补偿(53.57%)、再择业问题(34.34%);多因素 Logistic 回归分析显示,月收入≥5000元、从业年限<4年、工作时间<10 h/d、认为接触活禽/光禽增加感染 H7N9禽流感机会和短期休市可防控 H7N9禽流感的禽类从业人员更易接受短期休市。结论市民及禽类从业人员对短期休市措施的接受意愿远远高于对永久性关闭活禽市场的接受意愿。建议在实施短期休市前,政府部门提前充分宣传,并做好禽类从业人员的经济补偿或就业指导的应对措施,以利于短期休市等防控工作的实施。

Objective To study willingness and influence factors to short-term closure of live poultry markets (LPMs)to control avian influenza among the general public and live poultry traders,and provide reference for other re-gions.Methods At least 3 LPMs were randomly selected from 12 residential districts of Guangzhou respectively.At least 30 live poultry traders (LPTs)and the general public respectively within the selected LPMs were invited to attend face-to-face interviews.The basic information,willingness and related factors to the short-term closure of LPMs had been surveyed and the influencing factors to the short-term closure of LPMs among LPTs were analyzed by single factor and multi-factor logistic regression.Results 364 LPTs and 362 general public completed the surveys with response rates of 91.46% and 87.65%respectively.The willingness of public to the short-term closure of LPMs during H7N9 avian influenza epidemic period or city-wide permanent LPMs closure were 96.96%,and 37.57%,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of LPTs (71.70%,χ2 =87.48,P =0.000;14.01%,χ2 =48.55,P =0.000).The influence LPTs were worried about falling incomes (96.15%),irrational compensation (53.57%) and reemployment (34.34%) in sequence.The results of multi-factors logistic regression showed that monthly income per 5000 RMB or above,working years less than 4 years,daily working hours less than 10 hours,LPTs who was think that contacting with live poultry or dressed poultry would increase the risk of H7N9 avian influenza infection and thinking that short-term closure of LPMs could control H7N9 avian influenza were the favorable factors for efforts to accept short-term closure of LPMs among LPTs.Conclusion The willingness to short-term closure of LPMs was much higher than that permanent closure of LPMs among the general public and LPTs.The department concerned should carry out adequate propaganda and agitation activities,complete the counter measures for economics com-pensation and vocational guidance in advance in order to carry out the short-term closure of LPMs successfully.
