研究了钛合金电镀的浸蚀、浸镍等前处理过程及钛基体渗氢的影响。结果表明,采用盐酸、氢氟酸混酸浸蚀液,可有效除去钛合金表面的钝化膜,控制基体中的渗氢量,浸镍后可得到结合力较好、镀层均匀且紧密的预镀打底层。
研究瞭鈦閤金電鍍的浸蝕、浸鎳等前處理過程及鈦基體滲氫的影響。結果錶明,採用鹽痠、氫氟痠混痠浸蝕液,可有效除去鈦閤金錶麵的鈍化膜,控製基體中的滲氫量,浸鎳後可得到結閤力較好、鍍層均勻且緊密的預鍍打底層。
연구료태합금전도적침식、침얼등전처리과정급태기체삼경적영향。결과표명,채용염산、경불산혼산침식액,가유효제거태합금표면적둔화막,공제기체중적삼경량,침얼후가득도결합력교호、도층균균차긴밀적예도타저층。
The pretreatment processes of etch-ing and nickel-plat, and the effects of hydrogen content permeating in the titanium alloy are investigated.The results show that the oxide iflms of titanium alloy can be stripped in the mixed solution of hydrochloric and hydro-lfuoric acid.By the pretreatment and controlling the hydro-gen content permeating in the base material, a good adhe-sion, dense and uniform coating on the titanium alloy after nickel-plat can be obtained.
