将合成的丁烷四酸镧( BTL)、丁烷四酸铈( BTC)和丁烷四酸锌( BTZ)与尼龙66和聚酯共混,采用热重法和红外光谱等手段表征有机酸盐以及改性尼龙和聚酯的结构。结果表明,稀土盐的热稳定性优于锌盐;丁烷四酸稀土和锌离子与酰胺基团之间的强络合作用能够加快尼龙66的热降解;丁烷四酸稀土没有改变聚酯的热稳定性,但在一定程度上缓解了聚酯的高温热降解,促进了高温碳化。
將閤成的丁烷四痠鑭( BTL)、丁烷四痠鈰( BTC)和丁烷四痠鋅( BTZ)與尼龍66和聚酯共混,採用熱重法和紅外光譜等手段錶徵有機痠鹽以及改性尼龍和聚酯的結構。結果錶明,稀土鹽的熱穩定性優于鋅鹽;丁烷四痠稀土和鋅離子與酰胺基糰之間的彊絡閤作用能夠加快尼龍66的熱降解;丁烷四痠稀土沒有改變聚酯的熱穩定性,但在一定程度上緩解瞭聚酯的高溫熱降解,促進瞭高溫碳化。

Lanthanum, cerium and zinc butane tetracarboxylates were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and further used for improving the thermal stability of polyamide 66 and polyethylene terephthalate. The infrared reso-nance and thermogravimetry were applied to characterize the microstructure and properties of butane tetracarboxy-lates and the modified polyamide and polyester. The results showed the thermal stability of rare earth salts was bet-ter than that of zinc salt. It was the complexation interaction between the amide group and the rare earth metal and zinc ions that the thermal degradation of nylon 66 was accelerated. In contrast, the two rare earth metal salts did not change the initial thermal stability, while delayed thermal degradation at high temperature and promoted char formation of polyethylene terephthalate to some extent.
