目的：分析认知疗法在老年抑郁症患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2012年2月～2015年4月我院收治的96例老年抑郁患者作为研究对象，按照随机数表法分为参照组和治疗组，每组48例患者，2组患者均接受精神科常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予认知疗法，采用HAMD评价对比2组临床治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率97.9%高于参照组81.3%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论老年抑郁症患者治疗中应用认知疗法，可改善患者临床症状，提高治疗效果。

목적：분석인지요법재노년억욱증환자치료중적응용효과。방법선취2012년2월～2015년4월아원수치적96례노년억욱환자작위연구대상，안조수궤수표법분위삼조조화치료조，매조48례환자，2조환자균접수정신과상규치료，치료조재차기출상급여인지요법，채용HAMD평개대비2조림상치료효과。결과치료조총유효솔97.9%고우삼조조81.3%，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론노년억욱증환자치료중응용인지요법，가개선환자림상증상，제고치료효과。
Objective To analyze the effect of the application of cognitive therapy in elderly patients with depression therapy.Methods96 cases of elderly patients from February 2012 to April 2015 in our hospital with depression as research subjects,according to the reference table of random numbers divided into two groups and 48 patients each. Two groups were receiving mental branch conventional therapy. On this basis,the treatment group was treated with cognitive therapy. The two groups using HAMD to evaluat clinical treatment.Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 97.9% and was significantly higher than the reference group 81.3%,the difference was significant(P< 0.05). ConclusionIn the treatment of patients with depression applied cognitive therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,treatment effect.
