笔者介绍了正丁烷法顺酐装置溶剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯( DBP)处理工段的工艺流程及波德式分离机的工作原理。研究了温度、搅拌速率、油水比和酸酐含量对分离机分离效果的影响。研究结果表明:温度58℃、搅拌速率75 r/min、油水比5∶1,酸酐含量小于1.0%时分离机分离效果能够满足要求,此时废水中溶剂含量达到0.45%,溶剂中水含量达到0.95%。

Absorbent treated process of maleic anhydride device by n-butane oxidation and the principle of Podbielniak centrifugal contactor were introduced. The effects on PODs separated result by temperature, stir rate, oil and water ratio, anhydro were studied. The result indicated that POD separated result were agree with the de-mand when temperature 58℃, stir rate 75 r/min, oil/water ratio 5∶1, anhydride content less than 1. 0%. Separa-tion of oil and water could be achieved in a POD that 0 . 45% oil in the wastewater and 0 . 95% water in the treated oil.
