为了探究煤的坚固性系数(f值)的影响因素,得到精确的煤与瓦斯突出预测指标,采集了不同矿区的相关数据,从实验影响因素与自然影响因素两方面对f值进行了分析,并建立f值与各自然影响因素之间的预测模型。结果表明:(1)f值受煤体破坏类型、变质程度、水分、灰分等自然影响因素影响。其中破坏类型与变质程度对f值的影响作用是通过改变煤体比表面大小来实现的。(2)比表面积与f值负相关;水分、灰分与f值正相关。各影响因素与f值呈现一定的线性关系。(3)根据各个影响因素与f值之间关系建立了预测模型,并以焦煤九里山矿为例验证了模型的准确性。

위료탐구매적견고성계수(f치)적영향인소,득도정학적매여와사돌출예측지표,채집료불동광구적상관수거,종실험영향인소여자연영향인소량방면대f치진행료분석,병건립f치여각자연영향인소지간적예측모형。결과표명:(1)f치수매체파배류형、변질정도、수분、회분등자연영향인소영향。기중파배류형여변질정도대f치적영향작용시통과개변매체비표면대소래실현적。(2)비표면적여f치부상관;수분、회분여f치정상관。각영향인소여f치정현일정적선성관계。(3)근거각개영향인소여f치지간관계건립료예측모형,병이초매구리산광위례험증료모형적준학성。
To explore the influence factors of coal consistent coefficient and get accurate prediction index of coal and gas outburst , experimental factors and natural factors of coal consistent coefficient were analyzed , and then prediction model of coal consistent coefficient and uncontrollable factors was built .The results show that:( 1 ) Coal consistent coefficient is influenced by failure types , metamorphic grade , moisture and ash content of coal.The influence of failure types and metamorphic grade on coal consistent coefficient is realized by chan -ging specific surface area of coal .(2) specific surface area is negatively correlated with consistent coefficient , while moisture and ash content is positively correlated with consistent coefficient .These influence factors are linear correlation with consistent coefficient .(3)Based on the linear correlation between influence factors and consistent coefficient , prediction model is built , and the accuracy of prediction model is verified by using the data of Jiulitai coal mine of Shanxi Coking Coal Group .
