为了分析弱胶结软岩主斜井支护过程中的围岩应力、变形以及锚索锚杆应力情况,验证各支护方案的可实施性,利用岩土工程专业分析软件MIDAS-GTS对主斜井施工阶段进行三维数值计算,对混凝土板、锚杆及钢支架三种支护状态下的围岩变形受力进行对比分析。结果表明锚网喷架联合支护对弱胶结、易风化水解岩层支护效果较好,在不含水阶段全段面锚网喷支护可以代替锚网喷架支护。现行支护方案可以适当改变锚杆、钢支架参数来提高支护效果。
為瞭分析弱膠結軟巖主斜井支護過程中的圍巖應力、變形以及錨索錨桿應力情況,驗證各支護方案的可實施性,利用巖土工程專業分析軟件MIDAS-GTS對主斜井施工階段進行三維數值計算,對混凝土闆、錨桿及鋼支架三種支護狀態下的圍巖變形受力進行對比分析。結果錶明錨網噴架聯閤支護對弱膠結、易風化水解巖層支護效果較好,在不含水階段全段麵錨網噴支護可以代替錨網噴架支護。現行支護方案可以適噹改變錨桿、鋼支架參數來提高支護效果。
위료분석약효결연암주사정지호과정중적위암응력、변형이급묘색묘간응력정황,험증각지호방안적가실시성,이용암토공정전업분석연건MIDAS-GTS대주사정시공계단진행삼유수치계산,대혼응토판、묘간급강지가삼충지호상태하적위암변형수력진행대비분석。결과표명묘망분가연합지호대약효결、역풍화수해암층지호효과교호,재불함수계단전단면묘망분지호가이대체묘망분가지호。현행지호방안가이괄당개변묘간、강지가삼수래제고지호효과。
In order to analyze surrounding rock stress and deformation and cable /bolt stress of a main inclined shaft with weakly cemented soft rock , and to verify the validity of several supporting designs , construction processes of the main inclined shaft were simulated by geotechnical software MIDAS -GTS, and deformation and stress of surrounding rock , concrete plate , bolt and steel support under three different supporting designs were compared .The results show that combined bolt -bar mat-shotcrete -steel bracket design can support weakly cemented and easy weathering/hydrolyzing soft rock more effectively .Bolt-bar mat-shotcrete-steel bracket supporting can be instead with full section bolt -bar mat-shotcrete supporting in waterless sections . The effect of current support design will be improved if parameters of bolts and steel brackets are changed properly .
