通过开展TC25热强钛合金β锻造盘环构件制造关键技术研究，突破了大高径比盘件、高筒环件β锻造组织均匀性，构件加工制造变形及表面完整性、焊接质量及焊缝无损检测等技术难题，实现了550℃高温热强钛合金的工程应用。
通過開展TC25熱彊鈦閤金β鍛造盤環構件製造關鍵技術研究，突破瞭大高徑比盤件、高筒環件β鍛造組織均勻性，構件加工製造變形及錶麵完整性、銲接質量及銲縫無損檢測等技術難題，實現瞭550℃高溫熱彊鈦閤金的工程應用。
통과개전TC25열강태합금β단조반배구건제조관건기술연구，돌파료대고경비반건、고통배건β단조조직균균성，구건가공제조변형급표면완정성、한접질량급한봉무손검측등기술난제，실현료550℃고온열강태합금적공정응용。
By researching the key manufactur-ing technology ofβforing disk and ring structure of TC25 titanium alloy with heat resistance,the technological prob-lems such asβforing structure homogeneity of disk with large height-diameter ratio and large ring forgings,machining deformation and surface integrity,welding quality and the NDT of welding are resolved. The engineering application of titanium alloy with 550℃heat resistance is realized.
