目的:分析我国助产士专业体系的现状及存在的问题,为我国制定助产士制度,推动我国助产专业体系向更规范化、更合理的方向发展提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方法,调查了全国11个省市33家不同级别医院,助产士人力资源现状和助产士岗位任务、任职资格、聘任制度、助产士的教育现状。结果我国助产士存在着学历偏低,教育背景混乱,助产队伍人员混杂,没有相应的晋升职称制度,没有严格的准入制度,没有规范的岗位任务界定等问题。结论构建助产士专业体系,促进助产士培训和教育,规范助产士任职资格和明确助产士岗位任务,制定规范的助产士晋升制度,实现助产士科学管理已成为当务之急。

목적:분석아국조산사전업체계적현상급존재적문제,위아국제정조산사제도,추동아국조산전업체계향경규범화、경합리적방향발전제공의거。방법채용문권조사방법,조사료전국11개성시33가불동급별의원,조산사인력자원현상화조산사강위임무、임직자격、빙임제도、조산사적교육현상。결과아국조산사존재착학력편저,교육배경혼란,조산대오인원혼잡,몰유상응적진승직칭제도,몰유엄격적준입제도,몰유규범적강위임무계정등문제。결론구건조산사전업체계,촉진조산사배훈화교육,규범조산사임직자격화명학조산사강위임무,제정규범적조산사진승제도,실현조산사과학관리이성위당무지급。
ObjectiveTo analyze the present situation and problems of the professional system of midwives in China. To offer the advices for the development of midwives'professional system in our country and promote midwifery subject in China toward a more standardized and more reasonable levels.Methods Based on midwives’questionnaire,this study made a comprehensive survey in 11 provinces including 33 hospitals nationwide on the present situation of midwives,such as their professional structure,tasks,duties,promotional system and educational background. ResultsIn China,problems lied in the professional system of midwives,there were its low educational level,mess of professional structure,lacking of promotion system,unclear definition of duty and qualification,which caused the uncertainty of its subject,and tardiness of its development.Conclusion We should develop the midwives system as soon as possible,strengthen the midwives training and education,develop the access system for midwives, standard midwives management,clear the midwives qualifications and duties,formulate normative midwives promotion system and realize the midwifery scientific management.
