目的：对双轨道互动式的护理干预方式于社区糖尿病患者护理干预中的应用效果进行分析和探究。方法选取该院自2010年6月-2015年6月收治并出院的糖尿病患者72例，按照入院的先后顺序随机分为两组，分别为实验组和参照组，两组各36例。对两组患者均行信息跟踪和电话回访，对参照组患者行常规的护理干预模式，对实验组患者行双轨道互动式的护理干预方式，并对比两组患者的治疗配合水平(胰岛素使用情况、用药控制、血糖检测及饮食控制情况)以及并发症的发生率。结果经过对比，实验组患者的治疗配合水平均较高，参照组患者的治疗配合水平相对较低，两组之间的对比效果明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组患者的并发症的发生率较低，参照组患者的并发症发生率相对较高，两组之间的对比效果明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论由研究结果可见，使用双轨互动式的护理干预模式能够有效提高患者的治疗配合水平，提高患者治疗和用药的依从性，并有效地降低患者并发症的发生率，对患者的预后具有积极的意义。因此，双轨道互动式的护理干预方式效果较佳，值得推广应用。
목적：대쌍궤도호동식적호리간예방식우사구당뇨병환자호리간예중적응용효과진행분석화탐구。방법선취해원자2010년6월-2015년6월수치병출원적당뇨병환자72례，안조입원적선후순서수궤분위량조，분별위실험조화삼조조，량조각36례。대량조환자균행신식근종화전화회방，대삼조조환자행상규적호리간예모식，대실험조환자행쌍궤도호동식적호리간예방식，병대비량조환자적치료배합수평(이도소사용정황、용약공제、혈당검측급음식공제정황)이급병발증적발생솔。결과경과대비，실험조환자적치료배합수평균교고，삼조조환자적치료배합수평상대교저，량조지간적대비효과명현，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；실험조환자적병발증적발생솔교저，삼조조환자적병발증발생솔상대교고，량조지간적대비효과명현，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론유연구결과가견，사용쌍궤호동식적호리간예모식능구유효제고환자적치료배합수평，제고환자치료화용약적의종성，병유효지강저환자병발증적발생솔，대환자적예후구유적겁적의의。인차，쌍궤도호동식적호리간예방식효과교가，치득추엄응용。
Objective To analyze and explore the effect of nursing intervention on the patients with diabetes in the com-munity. Methods Selected in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2015 admitted and discharged, 72 cases of diabetic pa-tients, according to admission has the sequence is divided to two groups, not into the experimental group and the reference group, two groups of 36 cases in each. Of two groups of patients underwent information tracking and telephone interviews, the reference group, routine nursing intervention model. The patients in the experimental group, the nursing intervention of double track interactive, and to compare the two groups treatment with level (insulin use, drug control, blood glucose moni-toring and diet control and the incidence of complications. Results After comparison, the experimental group were treated with high level and reference group of patients treated with level is relatively low, the contrast effect between the two groups significantly, with statistical significance(P<0.05);lower incidence of complications in the patients in the experimental group and reference group had the complication rate is relatively high, the contrast effect between the two groups significantly, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The results visible, using dual interactive nursing intervention model can effectively improve the patients treated with level, improve the compliance of patients with treatment and medication use and effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with, the prognosis of patients with positive significance. Therefore, the dual track interactive nursing intervention mode effect is better, is worthy of popularization and application.
