网络空间治理法治化是时代所需，是依法治国战略实施的必然要求；是网络社会治理的必然选择。针对现实挑战及当下互联网治理存在的缺乏系统性、法律法规体系不够健全、网民的法治意识还没有完全形成的现实问题，提出从依法办网、依法上网、依法管网三个方面入手，切实推动网络空间治理法治化。
網絡空間治理法治化是時代所需，是依法治國戰略實施的必然要求；是網絡社會治理的必然選擇。針對現實挑戰及噹下互聯網治理存在的缺乏繫統性、法律法規體繫不夠健全、網民的法治意識還沒有完全形成的現實問題，提齣從依法辦網、依法上網、依法管網三箇方麵入手，切實推動網絡空間治理法治化。
망락공간치리법치화시시대소수，시의법치국전략실시적필연요구；시망락사회치리적필연선택。침대현실도전급당하호련망치리존재적결핍계통성、법율법규체계불구건전、망민적법치의식환몰유완전형성적현실문제，제출종의법판망、의법상망、의법관망삼개방면입수，절실추동망락공간치리법치화。
Network space governance under the rule of law is necessary for time,and is the inevitable requirement of the rule of law strategy implementation and is the inevitable choice of governance net-work society.At present,there are some real challenges and problems at the Internet governance. Such as lacking of systematic,the legal system is not perfect and the consciousness of rule by law has not yet formed totally.The paper proposed that constructing the Internet,using the Internet and man-aging the Internet should be implemented in accordance with the law.
