文章首先对某重型燃机旋流器在稳定工况下的热应力分析,校核了旋流器以及螺钉的强度,并对所选取的预紧力和材料进行了分析。其次,计算了旋流器在启停机阶段下的热应力。最后,根据相关经验,提出一种强度评判准则对旋流器在启停机过程中的二次应力进行评判。

Firstly, the thermal stress for swirler of a heavy gas turbine under stable state is analyzed. Then the strength of swirler and bolt are checked, respectively the pre-stress on bolt and material of swirler are discussed. Secondly, the thermal stress for swirler under the operation cycle progress is simulated. At last, based on the related experience, a new criterion for thermal stress is proposed for verifying the swirler in the operation cycle progress.
