近年来，代谢综合征（MS）在儿童及青少年中的发病率不断攀升， MS 患儿伴有各种代谢异常包括糖耐量异常、脂代谢异常、高血压等，使其生长发育及生活质量受到严重影响。研究显示，儿童及青少年期的 MS 与成年后的代谢异常密切相关。该文主要针对儿童及青少年 MS 的定义及诊断标准、健康管理概念及国内外发展现状进行介绍，并对儿童及青少年 MS 健康管理的未来进行了展望。

In recent years,the incidence of metabolic syndrome (MS)has been con-stantly increasing in children and adolescents.The MS children can be accompanied by differ-ent metabolic abnormalities including abnormal glucose tolerance,dyslipidemia and hyperten-sion,etc,which severely affect the growth,development and quality of life in the affected chil-dren.Previous research revealed that the incidence of MS during childhood was closely correla-ted with the status of MS during adulthood.This article mainly highlights the definition and di-agnostic criteria of MS in children and adolescents,concept and progress of health management at home and abroad,and forecasts the prospect of health management of MS children and ado-lescents.
