对贺州产墨旱莲的黄酮类成分进行分析测定,以证实其是否有开发利用价值。采集贺州地区样本,通过可见-紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,使用高效液相色谱测定木犀草素含量。结果显示,采集的贺州墨旱莲总黄酮含量达到2.90%以上,而其中的木犀草素含量最高为0.144%。贺州产墨旱莲总黄酮类的含量较高,可以对其作进一步开发利用。

Flavone determination in Eclipta Prostrata L. from Hezhou was studied to confirm whether it had development value. Flavonoids of the samples collecting from Hezhou were determined by UV-Vis, and luteolin was determined by HPLC. The results showed that flavonoid content of Eclipta Prostrata L. from Hezhou was more than 2. 90%, and luteolin content was up to 0. 144%. It can be used for further development.
