培训是提高企业员工的职业素质与技能、提升企业整体竞争力的重要手段,而培训效果评估又是培训活动中重要的组成部分,能帮助培训部门发现培训中存在的问题与不足,从而制定更合理的培训计划与过程,提高培训质量。本文依托国家电网高级培训中心进行的相关培训,以柯氏四层评估模型为理论基础,建立了移动应用统一测评系统,对培训效果进行研究,以期将柯氏四层评估模型的有效性与移动应用的方便、快捷、实时等优势结合起来应用到培训评估中,提升培训测评的效率。

Training is an important means to improve the professional quality and skill of employees, and enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises. While training effectiveness evaluation is an important part of training activities for the training department, it can help identify problems and deficiencies that exist in the training, which can formulate more appropriate training programs and processes to improve the quality of training. Based on the Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model, this paper relied on the related trainings in high-level training center of State Grid Corporation of China, established a unified assessment system for mobile application, and studied the training effect of above trainings, so as to combine the effectiveness of Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model and the advantages of mobile application, such as convenient, fast, real-time, and so on, to enhance the efficiency of training evaluation.
