采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了青海产发菜与人参果中6种金属元素的含量,测定结果表明,发菜与人参果中含有较丰富的Ca、 Mg、 Fe等金属元素,其中Mg和Ca元素含量较高, Fe元素含量次之, Mn和Cu元素含量相对较少。实验测定方法简单,数据可靠,测定结果为探讨发菜和人参果的食用及药用价值提供一定的参考数据。

The contents of six mental elements in potentilla anserina L. and nostoc flagelliform of Qinhai were determined by FAAS. The results showed that both contained rich Ca, Mg, Fe and other mental elements, the content of Ca and Mg were higher than the mental element Fe, and the content of Mn and Cu were lower than other mental elements. The determination method was simple and gave reliable data, the results can provide useful reference date for further discussing the food and medicine value in potentilla anserina L. and nostoc flagelliform.
