对草酸二甲酯固定床连续催化加氢法制备乙醇酸甲酯进行了研究,采用自制的复合CuO-Ag2 O/SiO2固体催化剂,考察了反应温度、反应压力、氢酯比和液时空速对草酸二甲酯转化率和乙醇酸甲酯选择性的影响。结果表明:在反应温度230℃,压力2.0 MPa,氢酯比30∶1,液时空速0.8 h-1条件下,草酸二甲酯转化率可以达到92.3%,乙醇酸甲酯选择性可以达到83.6%,反应连续运行500 h,草酸二甲酯转化率稳定在90%左右,乙醇酸甲酯选择性稳定在80%左右,表明催化剂有较高的催化活性和稳定性。
對草痠二甲酯固定床連續催化加氫法製備乙醇痠甲酯進行瞭研究,採用自製的複閤CuO-Ag2 O/SiO2固體催化劑,攷察瞭反應溫度、反應壓力、氫酯比和液時空速對草痠二甲酯轉化率和乙醇痠甲酯選擇性的影響。結果錶明:在反應溫度230℃,壓力2.0 MPa,氫酯比30∶1,液時空速0.8 h-1條件下,草痠二甲酯轉化率可以達到92.3%,乙醇痠甲酯選擇性可以達到83.6%,反應連續運行500 h,草痠二甲酯轉化率穩定在90%左右,乙醇痠甲酯選擇性穩定在80%左右,錶明催化劑有較高的催化活性和穩定性。

Methyl glycollate was obtained through continuous catalytic hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate in fixed bed reactor using CuO-Ag2 O/SiO2 as a solid catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction pressure, hydrogen/dimethyl oxalate molar ratio, liquid hourly space velocity ( LHSV ) were studied. Under the conditions of reaction temperature 110 ℃, pressure 2. 0 MPa, hydrogen/dimethyl oxalate molar ratio 30∶1, LHSV 0. 8 h-1 , the conversion of dimethyl oxalate and the selectivity of methyl glycollate could achieve 92. 3% and 83. 6%, respectively. The conversion of dimethyl oxalate and the selectivity of methyl glycollate could remain 90% and 80%, respectively, after the solid catalyst was reused 500 h. The experimental results indicated that the solid catalyst of CuO-Ag2 O/SiO2 had a higher activity and stability on the catalytic hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate to produce methyl glycollate.
