通过计算湖北省耕地标准系数评价耕地综合质量的动态变化,进而构建C-D生产函数模型,实证分析了耕地追加质量中各投入因素对粮食单产的贡献率。研究表明,化肥与地膜对粮食单产水平提高的正向效益呈边际递减趋势,而农业机械的使用对粮食单产存在边际报酬递增效应。各级政府应通过购买化肥、地膜、农机等农技推广公共服务,提高耕地追加质量,实现粮食稳产高产。

By calculating the “cultivated land standard coefficient” to explain the dynamic changes of comprehensive quality of cultivated land in Hubei province, and then build C-D function model to analyze each factor’s effect on grain yield in the process of extra quality improvement of cultivated land. The result indicates that the use of fertilizer and plastic film has di-minishing marginal effects on the growth of grain yield while the use of agricultural machinery has increasing marginal effects on the growth of grain yield. Therefore, government should purchase public service of agricultural technology, such as fertiliz-er, plastic film, agricultural machinery for the purpose of extra quality improvement of cultivated land and high grain yield.
