推进依法治国面临两大任务，法与人是依法治国的两个支点。依法治国并不否定人的主体地位，而法治思维是培育和提高与实行依法治国相匹配的主体素质的一个重要切入点。从现实层面看，将法治思维纳入研究视野是法律逻辑应该承担的时代使命。

추진의법치국면림량대임무，법여인시의법치국적량개지점。의법치국병불부정인적주체지위，이법치사유시배육화제고여실행의법치국상필배적주체소질적일개중요절입점。종현실층면간，장법치사유납입연구시야시법률라집응해승담적시대사명。
we need conducting two major tasks to promote our policy that ruling by law.Law and citi-zens are two major aspects of the policy.The policy still emphasizes the subject statue of people,and law-related mind is the critical point to enhance and cultivate our subject qualities suited to this poli-cy.From the perspective of reality,putting the law-related mind into the research view is the indis-pensable time mission of legal logic that we need to carry on.
