介绍一种在常温条件下从含硒废料回收制备硒单质的工艺过程,首先在强酸性条件下用双氧水将含硒废料中的硒氧化成离子状态,然后在反应过程中加入适量的氯化钠和氨水,通过固液分离得到含硒的滤液,再用水合肼还原处理含硒的滤液得到硒单质,采用XRF法对硒元素进行测定,硒单质的纯度达到90%以上。

The preparation of purity selenium from scraps at room temperature was discussed. The scraps were converted to a mixture of ions under the condition of strong acid with hydrogen peroxide. When the right amount of sodium chloride and ammonia were added, the filtrate selenium obtained after solid-liquid separation. The selenium was prepared by reducing agent with hydrazine hydrate. The determination of selenium was tested by XRF method, and the purity of the products was over 90%.
