某电厂燃气-蒸汽联合循环项目调试过程中，由于用户的燃料系统管道清洁度不够，燃气系统中的燃气过滤器在冷态时产生间隙，燃气中的细小颗粒通过过滤器间隙泄漏到下游，导致喷嘴堵塞，致使调试工作不能顺利进行。在此情况下，对燃气过滤器结构进行了优化，使过滤器在冷态和热态2种工况下均达到理想的过滤效果，得到了用户的肯定。

During commissioning process of a gas-steam combined cycle project, fine particles of fuel gas leak to the downstream through the filter's gap and nozzle is clogged, because fuel system piping in owner scope is not clean and the gas filter has gap in the cold state. It leads to the commission work can not be carried out smoothly. For this case, the gas filter structure is optimized, the improved filter has reached to the desired filtering effect in the cold and hot state. Owners are very satisfied with the new filter.
