分别采用传统溶剂法及超声辅助法,进行桑葚花色苷提取效果对比,结果表明:超声辅助技术具有明显优势。通过单因素和正交试验优化超声辅助提取工艺,得到最佳工艺参数为 HCl-70%乙醇( pH=1),提取时间20 min,提取温度50℃,料液比(mL/g)1∶10,提取次数3次,在此条件下利用pH示差法对桑葚花色苷进行定量分析,得到桑葚花色苷提取率为1.169 mg/g。

The mulberry anthocyanins were extracted by the methods of traditional solvent and ultrasonic assistants. The results showed that the ultrasonic-assisted technology had obvious advantages. On the basis of single factor tests and orthogonal experiments, the optimum technological parameters were determined as follows:0. 01% HCl to 70% ethanol, pH values of 1. 0, extraction time of 20 min, extraction temperature of 50 ℃ and solid-liquid ratio ( mL/g) of 1∶10, extracted three times. Under the above optimum extraction conditions, using the pH differential method, the mulberry anthocyanins extraction yield was 1. 169 mg/g.
