自《环境影响评价公众参与暂行办法》实施以来，我国建设项目环评公众参与工作呈现出全面性铺开、实施性较强、程序化完成、有效性较差的特点，在实际工作中，被调查者、实施者、管理者均面临诸多问题和压力。下一阶段，建议从建设制度、公开信息、设计合理程序、明确责任和加强宣传等方面加强建设项目环评公众参与的有效实施。

자《배경영향평개공음삼여잠행판법》실시이래，아국건설항목배평공음삼여공작정현출전면성포개、실시성교강、정서화완성、유효성교차적특점，재실제공작중，피조사자、실시자、관리자균면림제다문제화압력。하일계단，건의종건설제도、공개신식、설계합리정서、명학책임화가강선전등방면가강건설항목배평공음삼여적유효실시。
Since the implementation of Interim Measures on Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, though public participation is widely carried out and easy to implement , its results is not satisfying as a result of poor validity .Many problems and huge pressure are faced actually by respondents , EIA practitioners and administrators .It is suggested that we shall improve the EIA system , disclose more information , design better procedure , make clear responsibility and enhance outreach in order to improve the effectiveness of public participation in the EIA .
