目的：分析总结对急诊危重患者院内转运中实施综合护理干预措施的临床效果观察。方法选取本院在2013年6月至2014年9月收治的440例急诊危重转运患者，按照随机分组的原则将其分为观察组和对照组各220例，给予对照组患者常规的院内转运方法，观察组在此基础上进行综合护理干预措施，对两组患者的满意度和意外发生情况进行对比。结果观察组患者对护理的满意度明显高于对照组患者，并且观察组患者在转运的过程中发生的意外情况明显少于对照组患者(P＜0.05)。结论对急诊危重患者院内转运过程中实施综合护理干预措施，能够减少患者意外情况的发生，增加患者对护理质量的满意度，提高了患者的生存质量，值得临床推广使用。
목적：분석총결대급진위중환자원내전운중실시종합호리간예조시적림상효과관찰。방법선취본원재2013년6월지2014년9월수치적440례급진위중전운환자，안조수궤분조적원칙장기분위관찰조화대조조각220례，급여대조조환자상규적원내전운방법，관찰조재차기출상진행종합호리간예조시，대량조환자적만의도화의외발생정황진행대비。결과관찰조환자대호리적만의도명현고우대조조환자，병차관찰조환자재전운적과정중발생적의외정황명현소우대조조환자(P＜0.05)。결론대급진위중환자원내전운과정중실시종합호리간예조시，능구감소환자의외정황적발생，증가환자대호리질량적만의도，제고료환자적생존질량，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective: The analysis summary to emergency transport in critically ill patients with nosocomial observation the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention measures. Selection methods in our hospital from June 2013~2013 of 440 patients with emergency critical transport admitted in September, according to the principle of random grouping will be divided into the observation group and control group 220 cases, control group patients’ general hospital transfer method, observation group on the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention measures, the two groups of patients’ satisfaction and the accident situation.Results:Patients satisfaction of nursing observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group of patients, and observe the group of patients in the process of transport accidents happen is less than that of control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: In the process of emergency critically ill patients with nosocomial transhipment comprehensive nursing intervention measures, can reduce the accident from happening, in patients with increased patients satisfaction of nursing quality, improve the survival quality of patients, worth clinical promotion.
