目的：经验总结79例颈椎病前路手术围手术期护理方法。方法对79例颈椎病前路手术患者除进行常规骨科护理外，还重点加强了术前健康教育、心理护理、呼吸功能和术前适应性训练、颈托的选择及正确佩戴方法；术后加强体位护理、严密观察病情变化，注意呼吸系统及神经系统症状和体征，及时发现手术并发症，给予正确的康复锻炼及出院指导等。结果70例患者均治愈出院，4例病情得到缓解，8例得到控制，1例术后出现颈部血肿及时发现并立即手术治疗后痊愈出院。所有患者无因护理不当而发生护理并发症。结论优质的围手术期护理对确保手术疗效、降低或避免手术并发症及促进患者康复至关重要。

Objective:To summarize the perioperative nursing care of 79 patients with cervical spondylosis anterior approach. Methods:79 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis were treated with routine Department of orthopedics nursing, but also focus on strengthening health education, psychological nursing, respiratory function and preoperative adaptive training, selection and correct wearing method. After the operation, to strengthen the body position nursing, close observation of the disease changes, attention to respiratory system and nervous system symptoms and signs, timely discovery of operation complications, giving the correct rehabilitation exercise and discharge guidance.Results:70 patients were cured and discharged, 4 cases were relieved, 8 cases were controlled, 1 cases of cervical hematoma after surgery and immediate surgical treatment were cured. All patients had no nursing complications due to improper nursing care.Conclusion:high quality perioperative nursing care is essential to ensure the operation effect, reduce or avoid complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
