目的:探讨胎儿生长受限和脐血流及红细胞压积的关系。方法:选取本院2013年4月-2014年12月接诊的64例胎儿生长受限的孕妇,记为观察组,72例胎儿发育正常的孕妇,记为对照组。检测并比较两组脐血流比值及孕妇红细胞压积,记录胎儿的妊娠结局。结果:观察组脐血流异常率及各孕期脐血流比值平均值高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕妇红细胞压积异常率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组妊娠期高血压疾病、妊娠期糖尿病等妊娠合并症的患病率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组妊娠不良结局的发生率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胎儿生长受限与脐血流及红细胞压积关系密切,脐血管阻力增加、孕妇血液浓缩会加剧胎儿生长受限,引起不良的妊娠结局。

Objective:To study the relationship between fetal growth restriction and umbilical blood flow and matelnal hematokrit.Method:64 pregnant women with fetal growth restriction in our hospital from April 2013 to December 2014 were selected as observation group,72 normal pregnant women were selected at the same period as control group. Umbilical blood flow ratio and matelnal hematokrit of the two groups were detected and compared.Maternal and fetal outcome were compared between two groups.Result:The abnormal rate and mean value of umbilical blood flow ratio in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Matelnal hematokrit of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications with pregnancy in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse maternal and fetal outcome in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fetal growth restriction has a close relationship with umbilical blood flow ratio and matelnal hematokrit,umbilical artery blood flow resistance and blood concentration can deteriorate fetal growth restriction,which will affect maternal and fetal outcome.
