目的:采用近红外光谱法快速测定白芍中芍药苷含量。方法白芍粉碎过,过筛,压片,采用Luminar AOTF-NIR光谱仪漫反射技术采集白芍的近红外光谱,以HPLC分析值作为参照,运用多元散射校正,平滑,求导等技术队光谱修饰,结合偏最少二乘法(PLS1)建立芍药苷含量快速测定的方法。结果采用近红法光谱法能够快速测定白芍中芍药苷的含量,经外部预测,预测值与真实值的相关系数达0.9936。结论该方法准确、无损失、无污染、简便、快速的绿色分析技术,可实现白芍大规模的快速检测。

목적:채용근홍외광보법쾌속측정백작중작약감함량。방법백작분쇄과,과사,압편,채용Luminar AOTF-NIR광보의만반사기술채집백작적근홍외광보,이HPLC분석치작위삼조,운용다원산사교정,평활,구도등기술대광보수식,결합편최소이승법(PLS1)건립작약감함량쾌속측정적방법。결과채용근홍법광보법능구쾌속측정백작중작약감적함량,경외부예측,예측치여진실치적상관계수체0.9936。결론해방법준학、무손실、무오염、간편、쾌속적록색분석기술,가실현백작대규모적쾌속검측。
ObjectiveUsing near infrared spectra method for rapid determination of paeonilforin in radix paeoniae alba.MethodsRadix paeoniae alba crushing, sieving, tabletting, adopting Luminar AOTF-diffuse NIR spectrometer technology acquisition near infrared spectrum of radix paeoniae alba, HPLC was used to analyze the value as a reference, use the multiple scattering correction, smooth, derivative spectrum modiifcation technology team, combined with partial least squares (PLS1) to establish a method of rapid determination of paeonilforin content.ResultsUsing the method of near red spectrometry to rapid determination of the content of paeonilforin in radix paeoniae alba, the external prediction, prediction and the real value of the correlation coefifcient of 0.9936.ConclusionThe method is accurate, no damage, no pollution, simple and rapid analysis of green technology, which can realize mass rapid detection of radix paeoniae alba.
