目的：分析神经外科护理中细节护理的应用效果。方法：选取2014年1月—2015年1月我院神经外科收治的患者100例，将其随机均分为两组。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予细节护理，比较两组患者对护理服务的满意度及并发症情况。结果：对照组患者对护理服务的总满意度为78.0%，小于观察组（98.0%），P＜0.05；对照组的压疮发生率为18.0%，感染发生率为8.0%，均小于观察组（压疮发生率为2.0%，感染发生率为2.0%），P＜0.05。结论：将细节护理应用于神经外科护理中，可以有效提高患者的满意度，并且降低压疮与感染发生率，使患者的生活质量得到显著改善，值得在临床上进行推广。

목적：분석신경외과호리중세절호리적응용효과。방법：선취2014년1월—2015년1월아원신경외과수치적환자100례，장기수궤균분위량조。대조조환자급여상규호리，관찰조환자급여세절호리，비교량조환자대호리복무적만의도급병발증정황。결과：대조조환자대호리복무적총만의도위78.0%，소우관찰조（98.0%），P＜0.05；대조조적압창발생솔위18.0%，감염발생솔위8.0%，균소우관찰조（압창발생솔위2.0%，감염발생솔위2.0%），P＜0.05。결론：장세절호리응용우신경외과호리중，가이유효제고환자적만의도，병차강저압창여감염발생솔，사환자적생활질량득도현저개선，치득재림상상진행추엄。
Objective: To analyze the effect of details of neurosurgical care in in the Department of Neurosurgery.Methods: 100 patients admitted to our hospital neurosurgery department from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine care, while the observation group was given extensive and detail care.The satisfaction and complications were compared to nursing services. Results: In the control group, the overall satisfaction degree was 78.0% which was lower than that in the observation group (98.0%),P<0.05; in the observation group, the incidence of pressure ulcers and the infection rate were respectively 2.0% and 2.0% which were significantly lower than the control group (incidence of pressure ulcers 18.0% and infection rate 8.0%)P <0.05.Conclusion: The detail nursing in the neurosurgical care can improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of pressure sores and infections, significantly improving the quality of life,which is worthy Of promotion.
